Wahyu Setiawan

Wahyu Setiawan has worked as the Head of HRGA at Usui International Corporation since February 2021. Prior to that, they were the Head of Training Center at Nissan Motor Indonesia from October 2015 to December 2020. Wahyu also held roles as an Operations Training Coordinator and Senior Training and Development Specialist at PT Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia from August 2003 to October 2015.

Wahyu Setiawan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Japanese language and culture from STBA LIA Jakarta in the years 2008 to 2012. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) from 2022 to 2024.

Wahyu has also obtained several additional certifications. In 2013, they became an Assessor of Competency from the Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP). In 2016, they completed a Leadership Development Program from PQM Consultants. Wahyu also completed HR-Skill Training Communication Trainer from Nissan Motor Corporation in 2017. In 2021, they obtained Certification Training Methodology and Certification Human Resources Management Manager from the Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP).
