Damian Bird

Damian Bird is a seasoned executive search professional with extensive experience in building technology businesses and securing leadership talent on a global scale. Since May 2016, Damian has served as Managing Partner at Usurpo Ltd, a consultancy specializing in hiring executives for high-growth technology companies. Additionally, Damian holds the position of Vice President and Board member at the Continental Search Alliance, which boasts over 100 search professionals across multiple languages and European offices, as well as a presence in Asia-Pacific. Previously, Damian was a Director at Oreham Partners, focusing on C-level and senior management placements within enterprise software and consulting sectors, and a Partner at Nexec Partners, now European Leaders. Early career roles included Managing Consultant at Enigma Exec, where Damian headed the Enterprise Software division, and various contracting roles in business development and consulting.
