Previous leadership positions include Global Head of New Business Creation and Open Innovation & Innovation Centers Director at BBVA, where innovative digital solutions were developed to enhance customer experiences. With a strong foundation in customer intelligence and market research from roles at France Telecom and Amena, Gustavo has built a reputable career since earning a Bachelor of Business Administration from CESMA and furthering education at IESE Business School.
