Additionally, Gary has been President of Tiger Boxing & Fitness, LLC since April 2009, where also functions as a Professional Boxing Manager and Trainer. Since June 2018, Gary has led Papi’s Street Tacos as President. Gary’s extensive experience in healthcare includes serving as Respiratory/Sleep Lab Director at East Texas Medical Center since October 1999.
