Jennifer Townsend is an accomplished healthcare administrator with extensive experience in operational management and leadership. Currently serving as Senior Practice Administrator at UT Health East Texas since March 2022 and as Executive Director at Prime Healthcare since December 2020, Jennifer has previously held key positions including Director of Operations at Centura Health and SCL Health, as well as Director of Operations at Baptist Health System KY & IN. With a solid foundation in compliance and coding from Morgan Hospital and Medical Center, Jennifer also contributed to academia as an Instructor at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis. Jennifer holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science from Indiana Wesleyan University.
