Adam Kirking

Adam Kirking has a broad range of work experience in healthcare administration. Adam is currently serving as the Senior Director of Value Based Care at UT Health San Antonio, a position they have held since November 2021. Prior to this role, they were the Value-Based Finance Director at the same organization from March 2020 to October 2021.

Before joining UT Health San Antonio, Adam worked at Imperium Health as the Director of Operational Performance and Analytics from August 2018 to March 2020. Adam also held the position of Director of Operations - ACO at Imperium Health Management, LLC from January 2017 to March 2020.

Adam's earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Radiology and Laboratory Sciences at UnityPoint Health - St. Luke's from March 2014 to August 2016. Adam also worked at UnityPoint Health as an Administrative Fellow from June 2012 to March 2014.

In addition, Adam has experience as an Administrative Resident at St. Luke's Health System from May 2011 to August 2011, an Administrative Intern at Aurora Health Care from September 2009 to January 2010, and an Administrative Intern at the US Coast Guard Academy Clinic from May 2009 to July 2009.

Adam Kirking attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Administration. Adam also studied at the University of Minnesota from 2010 to 2012.
