Ashley Alvarez

Ashley Alvarez, M.A., is a seasoned marketing and communications professional currently serving as the Marketing & Communications Manager at UT Health San Antonio since December 2020. In this role, Ashley leads the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business success. Previous experience includes positions as a Senior Marketing Communications Specialist at UT Health San Antonio and Public Engagement Officer for the City of San Antonio, where Ashley focused on media relations and community engagement. Additionally, Ashley has held various writing and communication roles within educational and nonprofit sectors, earning a Master's Degree in Mass Communication specializing in Strategic Communication from Texas State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi.
