Mary Buzzetta

Mary Buzzetta, Ph.D., currently serves as the Clinical Director and Licensed Psychologist at UT Health San Antonio, overseeing the Faculty Behavioral Health Services program, which includes managing daily operations, providing psychotherapy, and collaborating on marketing efforts. Previously, Mary held the position of Director and Chief Mental Health Officer at Texas A&M University-San Antonio, where responsibilities included managing the Student Counseling Center's operations, budget oversight, and responding to critical incidents. Mary has extensive experience in counseling, having worked as a Post-Doctoral Resident at Texas State University and gained expertise in career counseling roles at various institutions. Mary Buzzetta earned a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology and School Psychology from Florida State University, along with an M.S. in Counseling Psychology and a BA in Psychology with a minor in Spanish from The University of Southern Mississippi and Southeastern Louisiana University, respectively.
