Sarah Cook

Sarah Cook is an experienced healthcare informatics professional currently serving as the Director of Clinical Applications Ambulatory at UT Health San Antonio since November 2022. Prior to this role, Sarah held multiple positions at Froedtert Health, including Manager of Epic Applications and Supervisor of the Epic Ambulatory Team from September 2016 to November 2022. Additionally, Sarah worked at Froedtert Hospital as HIM Supervisor for the Epic Provider Database and HIM Project Coordinator from November 2010 to September 2016. Sarah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Informatics from Western Governors University and a degree in Health Sciences with a focus on Health Information Management from DeVry University.
