Vanessa Allsup

Vanessa Allsup, CCP, has extensive experience in compensation management, currently serving as the Compensation Manager at UTHSCSA since September 2013. In this role, Vanessa manages the Compensation Team's daily activities, overseeing the design, development, and administration of compensation programs to engage and retain talent. Prior to this position, Vanessa held various roles at Mercury Insurance, including Sr. Compensation Analyst, where responsibilities included serving as a consultative resource for management on base and variable pay programs. Vanessa's career began in HR support roles, and Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Baylor University.
