Terri Deloach

Terri DeLoach, MBA, possesses extensive experience in patient experience management and operational excellence within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Patient Experience Design and Improvement at UT Physicians since December 2021, Terri specializes in designing effective patient experiences through process improvement tools and microlearning training modules. Previous roles include Market Director of Service Excellence at St. Luke's Health, Operations Manager III at Houston Methodist, and Patient Experience Advisor at Press Ganey, where Terri has successfully implemented strategies to enhance stakeholder engagement and optimize care standards. Terri also has a foundational background in marketing and brand development, having held various managerial positions in marketing prior to transitioning fully into healthcare.
