Rachel Kirkham

Rachel Kirkham has extensive experience in soccer both as a player and coach. Currently, Rachel serves as the Head Coach and ECNL Assistant Coach at Utah Avalanche Soccer Club since May 2017, while also operating as an entrepreneur for Train Like a Girl since February 2018, aiming to empower young girls in soccer and life. Previous roles include playing for Real Salt Lake Women and Cozumel FC, where Rachel achieved notable recognition as a League Golden Boot Winner. Rachel also contributed to the development of young athletes as an Assistant Coach for the Utah Girls 07 ODP team and as the Head Coach for two teams at Sparta United Soccer Club. As a collegiate athlete, Rachel played NCAA Division 1 soccer in the Big Sky Conference from July 2008 to June 2012 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Idaho State University, conferred in 2016.
