Nate Worthen

Nate Worthen, CCIM, SIOR has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Nate is currently the President of the Utah CCIM Chapter, a position they have held since 2024. Prior to this, they served as the Secretary in 2023 and the Education Co-Chair in 2022 for the same organization. Nate is also an Instructor at the CCIM Institute since May 2019. In 2019, they became the President of Professional Real Estate Services.

Before entering the real estate industry, Nate co-founded Peaceful Property Management in 2018 and served as the Owner/Founder of Ankle Breakers Basketball Academy starting in 2010 until 2023. Nate has also worked as a Director at Newmark Knight Frank from 2012 to 2019 and owned Carolina Clips, LLC in 2012. Earlier in their career, Nate was a Purchasing Agent at Sound Concepts from 2003 to 2009.

Nate Worthen, CCIM, SIOR, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Brigham Young University, which they obtained from 2003 to 2010. Nate further pursued their education and completed a Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business, graduating between 2014 and 2017. In addition to their academic achievements, Nate Worthen also obtained certifications from SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) in 2019 and from the CCIM Institute in 2018.
