Robert Baxter

Robert Baxter serves as the Purchasing Manager for Utah County since February 2016, overseeing central procurement, contracts, and property acquisition while directing division and department heads in procurement matters. Prior to this role, Robert Baxter was employed by the Central Intelligence Agency from April 1987 to October 2012 as a Finance Officer, where responsibilities included managing a large team of financial professionals and overseeing budget execution and financial operations for multi-million dollar budgets. Robert Baxter holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of South Dakota and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from the University of Utah's David Eccles School of Business.
