Troy Jessup possesses extensive experience in network and security operations, currently serving as the Manager of Network and Security Operations at Utah Education Network since August 1998. In this role, Troy bridges the gap between Security Operations and Network Operations Center. Additionally, Troy manages the Security Operations Center for UEN, overseeing all security-related activities for the organization. Troy also holds the position of CEO at UtahSAINT Organization since March 2001 and has a strong educational background with an AS in Humanities from Dixie State University and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Utah.
Utah Education Network
The Utah Education Network is a statewide broadband and broadcast network established by the Utah Legislature in 1989. Based on the number of students served, if UEN were a school district, it would rank third behind New York City and Los Angeles in the scope of services provided. However our services reach well beyond our 612,00 students in public education. We also serve 174,000 higher education students and applied technology students. Add to that more than 64,000 educators and staff K-12 through college.
