Paul Tikalsky has extensive experience in leadership and development roles, particularly within the Boy Scouts of America, where a career spanning over three decades included positions such as Chief Development Officer and Scout Executive across various councils. Since September 2019, Paul has served as the Volunteer Project Coordinator at Utah Food Bank, managing over 57 volunteers to address food distribution needs in Southern Utah. Additionally, Paul held the role of Director Of Development at St. George Musical Theater from January 2017 to November 2019. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management & Youth Agency Administration from Brigham Young University.

Founded in 1904, Utah Food Bank has operated under various names but has always remained true to our mission of Fighting Hunger Statewide. 382,000 Utahns, which equates to 1 in 8 individuals, are at risk of missing a meal today. Even more alarming is that 1 in 7 Utah kids are unsure where their next meal is coming from. With your support last year, we distributed 43.3 million pounds of food, the equivalent of 36.1 million meals, to people facing hunger across the state.
