Shawn Teigen

Shawn Teigen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Shawn began their career as a Project Consultant, managing projects related to corporate and securities law. Shawn then served as a Housing Policy Analyst at the Community Action Partnership of Utah, where they played an instrumental role in passing bills and advocating for low-income individuals. Shawn also worked as a Director at Infrastructure Developments Corp., and as the Founder and Vice-President of Operations at Utah Invest Regional Center, LLC, where they developed a foreign investment fund for job creation and economic development in Utah communities. Shawn later served as a State Policy Adviser at Lumina Foundation and as a Board Member at Governmental Research Association. Currently, they are a Faculty Member at the University of Utah and holds the role of Vice President and Research Director at Utah Foundation.

Shawn Teigen completed a Master's degree in Public Policy from the University of Utah in 2009. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the same university in 1995. Additionally, Shawn attended Westminster College in Salt Lake City, Utah from 1990 to 1992, where they pursued a Liberal Education but did not complete a degree.
