Steven Sims

Steven Sims is an accomplished mortgage professional with over 22 years of experience in the industry, currently serving as the Branch Lending Manager at Utah Mortgage Loan Corporation since March 2017. Throughout their career, Sims has successfully originated and funded over one billion dollars in mortgage loans, demonstrating a commitment to meeting the needs of Utah home buyers. Previous positions include Branch Manager roles at Graystone Mortgage and Medallion Mortgage, as well as a Private Mortgage Banker at Academy Mortgage Corporation and a Financial Advisor at Wells Fargo Advisors. Sims founded Western Fidelity Mortgage Company in 1991, leading it to become one of the top mortgage brokers in Northern Utah. Steven Sims holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Utah, attended from 1982 to 1986.
