Saru Ramanan

Saru Ramanan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. They began their career at the Children's Bureau of Southern California as a FAF Program Coordinator, where they gained experience in project management and business development. They were subsequently promoted and participated in the Code for America Startup Accelerator. Afterward, Saru worked at Study Smart Tutors, Inc. as the Southern California Program Manager. They then joined the Southern California College Access Network as the Director of Learning and Collaboration, where they remained until 2020. Following that, Saru worked as a Data Management Consultant at Crosswinds Data Consulting until 2022. Currently, Saru is the Director of Communications at Utah Nonprofits Association.

Saru Ramanan obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from The Ohio State University in 2006. Saru further pursued education at the University of Southern California, completing a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) degree in Nonprofit Management from 2009 to 2011.
