Tessa White is the current Trustee at Utah State University. Tessa has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on talent management and organizational development.
Tessa started their career at PowerQuest in May 1998, where they quickly rose to the position of Vice President of Human Resources. During their time at PowerQuest, Tessa was instrumental in expanding the company's international presence, and was recognized with the President's Legacy award for their contributions to the company. In December 2002, PowerQuest was acquired by Symantec, and Tessa left the company to pursue other opportunities.
In January 2009, Tessa joined HealthEquity as a consultant. In January 2010, they transitioned to the role of Vice President of Human Resources, where they oversaw the talent management and organizational development functions. Tessa was with HealthEquity during its pre-IPO growth phase, and helped the company scale its HR function to prepare for rapid growth. In February 2012, Tessa left HealthEquity to focus on a family medical situation.
