Thomas Higbee is a Professor and Department Head at Utah State University, holding this position since August 2002, where teaching focuses on behavior analysis and single subject research methodology within special education programs. Concurrently, Thomas serves as an Adjunct Clinical Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Utah Medical School.
