Anthony Zamora

Anthony John Zamora, RD, currently serves as the Vice President of Nutrition, Culinary & Hospitality for the Utah Jazz since April 2018, and has held various titles within the organization including Director of Performance Nutrition and Executive Performance Nutrition Chef. Prior to this role, Zamora was the Nutrition Coordinator for the Los Angeles Rams from September 2015 to April 2018, where responsibilities included managing an NFL fueling program, analyzing performance nutrition, and coordinating travel nutrition. Zamora's experience also includes positions with the St. Louis Rams, Aramark, and culinary roles at Cruze Dairy Farm and Mellow Mushroom. Zamora holds a Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Sciences from the University of Tennessee, along with a minor in Business Administration and additional educational experiences from Boston University and the University of Otago.
