Makenna Dowdell

Makenna DowDell is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in customer relations and account management. Currently serving as a Ticket Sales Account Executive and Membership Service Manager for the Utah Jazz since August 2021, Makenna has successfully contributed to the organization. Previous experience includes roles as a Sales Representative at Vivint Solar, where emphasis was placed on resolving issues and managing customer relations, and positions at Brooks Pest Control and Creamies, both involving direct sales and customer interaction. Makenna holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Utah Valley University, achieved in April 2022.
