Casey G. has a diverse work experience that includes roles in various fields. They started their professional career at Intermountain Healthcare, where they worked as a Pediatric Psychiatric Technician and later transitioned to the role of a Pediatric Behavioral Health Specialist. In these roles, Casey planned and delivered psychoeducational groups, provided training to staff, and ensured the safety and well-being of patients.
After their time at Intermountain Healthcare, Casey joined Jordan School District as a Special Education Teacher. They worked in different capacities, including as an Intern, teaching resource language arts and study skills, and as a Teacher in a social/emotional/behavioral self-contained unit, providing academic and behavior instruction to students. They also served as a Team Lead, providing coaching to a special education team and collaborating with related service providers and general education teachers.
In 2018, Casey became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Utah Behavior Services Inc. They provided behavior assessments, programming, and consultation in various educational settings. Casey also held the role of Director of Curriculum and Instruction/Clinical Director, where they provided administrative and clinical direction to a team of behavior analysts, mental health therapists, and behavior technicians. During this time, they successfully started a private school, managed state-funded scholarships, and created policies and procedures.
Currently, Casey holds the position of Vice President of Clinical Services at Utah Behavior Services Inc., where they continue to provide leadership and direction in clinical services.
Casey G. has a diverse education history. In 2013, they attended the University of Utah and completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Special Education with a focus on Mild/Moderate Disabilities. Following this, Casey pursued further educational opportunities and attended the University of Utah from 2016 to 2017, where they obtained a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Board Certified Behavior Analyst. They then went on to acquire additional certifications, such as becoming a Licensed Behavior Analyst through the State of Utah in April 2018. Casey continued their education journey by enrolling at Western Governors University in 2022, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Healthcare Management, which concluded in 2023. In February 2018, Casey also obtained the designation of Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
