Rachal Green, BCBA, LCSW

Rachal Green has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. In 1999, they started their career as a Licensed Support Agent at Independent Allstate Offices. From 2005 to 2009, they worked as an Insurance Producer at Flying J Insurance Services. In 2010, they served as an Advocate/Counselor at Weber State University Women's Center. The following year, Rachal was a PRN Milieu Manager at Island View Residential Treatment Center. In 2011, they also worked as a Practicum Student at Weber Human Services. Rachal joined Utah Behavior Services, Inc in 2012, holding the role of North Region Administrator. Rachal has been actively involved in working with individuals of all ages and believes in a biopsychosocial approach to improve their well-being. Currently, Rachal is working as the Executive Vice President at Utah Behavior Services/UTBS Heart since March 2017. Their career trajectory showcases their dedication to helping others and fostering positive change.

Rachal Green, BCBA, LCSW has a strong education background in the fields of Applied Behavior Analysis and Social Work. In 2013, they obtained a Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology. Prior to that, they completed their Masters in Social Work from the University of Utah in 2012. Rachal began their educational journey at Weber State University, where they earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Social Work from 2008 to 2010. These academic achievements have provided their with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in their career as a BCBA and LCSW.
