Shaylynn Lambert, LCSW, BCaBA

Shaylynn Lambert, LCSW, BCaBA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Shaylynn began their career as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Transportation Assistant at Mt Ogden Rehabilitation Center in 1994 and worked in that position until 2000. From 2000 to 2001, they served as the Payroll Manager at Evergreen Healthcare. Following this, they joined Centro de la Familia de Utah as an HR Generalist, where they handled payroll processing and employee benefits administration for over 200 employees. Shaylynn also implemented and maintained an HR employee database during their time there, which lasted from 2001 to 2013.

In 2008, Shaylynn worked as a Case Manager Intern at Volunteers of America, Homeless Youth Resource Center. Shaylynn then pursued further education and gained experience as an MSW Student Intern at Davis Behavioral Health from 2012 to 2013. In this role, they provided substance abuse treatment for individuals with dual diagnosis and mental health issues in various therapy settings.

In 2013, Shaylynn became the Center Director at OUTreach Resource Centers. Shaylynn oversaw and operated satellite offices in Tremonton, Brigham City, and Clearfield, focusing on providing educational and support programs for LGBT, homeless, and at-risk youth to improve their mental health and sense of belonging. Shaylynn'stenure at OUTreach Resource Centers ended in 2014.

From 2014 to the present, Shaylynn has been associated with Utah Behavior Services Inc. Shaylynn initially served as the Regional Director and later transitioned to the role of Vice President of Clinical Services in May 2022. During their time at Utah Behavior Services Inc., they have played a key role in shaping the organization's clinical programs and services.

Shaylynn also has experience as an ABA Tutor at Kids on the Move, where they provided specialized behavioral therapy to children. Overall, Shaylynn Lambert's work experience demonstrates a strong commitment to improving mental health outcomes, particularly for vulnerable populations like at-risk youth and individuals with substance abuse issues.

Shaylynn Lambert, LCSW, BCaBA has a diverse education history. Shaylynn started their educational journey at Weber State University from 2003 to 2009, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Social Work. After completing their undergraduate studies, they attended Boise State University from 2012 to 2014. There, they earned their Master of Social Work (MSW) degree with a specialization in Substance Abuse/Mental Illness. To further enhance their knowledge and skills in behavioral analysis, Shaylynn Lambert enrolled at the Florida Institute of Technology from 2015 to 2016. During this period, they focused on applying behavior analysis, ultimately obtaining a degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. With their educational background, Shaylynn Lambert possesses a well-rounded understanding of social work, substance abuse, mental illness, and behavior analysis.
