Guido Vangeel

Guido Vangeel has extensive experience in finance and management, currently serving as CFO at Utexbel since May 2006, where responsibilities encompass accounting, finance, ICT, and personnel management, alongside roles on the board and work council presidency. Prior to this, Guido held the CFO position at Acatris from April 2000 to April 2006, overseeing operations for a subsidiary of the Royal Schouten Group across multiple countries. Guido's earlier career includes roles at Schlumberger from April 1990 to March 2000, progressing from Controller to Service Manager for the Benelux region, as well as serving as Chief Internal Auditor at Seychelles Marketing Board from September 1984 to March 1990 and as an External Auditor at Deloitte & Touche from September 1982 to August 1984. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance and Strategy from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management and a Master in Applied Economics from Hasselt University.
