Mr. Taylor leads Human Resources delivery support to several business areas at Edward Jones Financial Services. He joined the firm in 2018, after serving the policyholders and employees for nearly 20 years with the nation's largest property and casualty insurer.
He currently leads strategic human capital support, including leader coaching, workforce planning, organizational design, talent acquisition, talent development, total rewards, leadership effectiveness, and workplace culture and connection. He and his team provide HR support and consultation to the firm’s Chief Finance Officer, Chief Operations Officer, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Risk Officer and Chief Strategy Officer.
He served eight years of active military duty with United States Army Special Operations Command as a senior military intelligence non-commission officer.
He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing with a minor in Management from Illinois State University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from California State University. He holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Chartered Life Underwriting (CLU) and an Associate in Management (AIM) professional designations.
