Kyla Jacobs has a diverse work experience with roles in various industries. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Sales Associate at Sears Holdings Corporation before becoming an Assistant Manager at Sterling Jewelers. In 2016, they joined Citizens Bank as a Universal Banker and later moved to Black Pine Animal Sanctuary as an Exotic Animal Care Intern. In 2017, they worked as a Bank Teller at 1st Source Bank. In 2018, they held the position of Academic Office Assistant at Hamilton College, and later became the Founder of Aromatic Affair. Currently, they serve as the Deputy Director of Administrative Operations at Utica Zoo.
Kyla Jacobs obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biology, General from Utica University in the years 2010 to 2013. Kyla also holds a certification in Diamontology from the Diamond Council of America.
