Sebastian Yan

Sebastian Yan is an architectural designer currently employed at Utile since July 2024. Previously, Sebastian served as a project designer at J. GARLAND ENTERPRISES LLC from May 2022 to July 2024, contributing to various affordable and market-rate housing projects, including Parker and Terrace Street Development and Massport Parcel D-4. In early 2022, Sebastian worked as a teaching assistant at Northeastern University for a course on architectural representation. Additional experience includes internships at Handel Architects and Wilson Butler Architects, where notable projects included Flushing Commons and contributions to the Icon of the Seas for Royal Caribbean Cruises. Sebastian holds a Master of Architecture from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the same institution, along with an architecture degree from IE University.
