Dale Zachary

Dale Zachary is an experienced compliance and engineering professional currently serving as the Director of Compliance at UtiliSource LLC since July 2022. Previously, Dale held the position of Sub Utility Engineering Manager at SAM Companies from December 2018 to April 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing the Sub Utility Engineering team’s performance in safety, quality, timeliness, and efficiency, as well as enhancing the collection of utility information for improved project workflows. Before that, Dale was the Washington State Director at ELM Companies from 2012 to December 2018, focusing on damage prevention and energy compliance strategies.
