Kyle Christensen

Kyle Christensen is an experienced Rivers and Stormwater Engineer currently serving as an Independent Director at Utilities Disputes since October 2018. In addition to this role, Kyle operates Christensen Consulting Limited, also since May 2016, and has held significant leadership positions, including Immediate Past Chairman of the Engineering NZ/Water NZ Rivers Group since November 2014. Previous roles include Water & Environment Leader at Cardno and Technical Director for Water Resources at Pattle Delamore Partners. With a career spanning over two decades, Kyle's expertise encompasses hydraulic engineering and project management across various organizations, beginning as a Projects Engineer at Banks Peninsula District Council in 2000. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Victoria University of Wellington, an M.E. in Natural Resources from Lincoln University, and a B.E. (Hons) in Natural Resources from the University of Canterbury.
