David Fell

David Fell has extensive experience in executive roles, particularly in the telecommunications and consulting industries. David currently serves as the President and CEO of both Kingston Hydro Corporation and Utilities Kingston. Prior to this, they held the position of CEO at EORN Consulting Services, a subsidiary of the Eastern Ontario Regional Network (EORN), where they leveraged EORN's expertise to provide consulting services to various jurisdictions. David also served as the CEO of EORN, where they were instrumental in building a state-of-the-art broadband network in Eastern Ontario and leading a partnership with Rogers Communications to develop a mobile broadband network. Earlier in their career, David served as the Vice President of Business Development at Operitel.

David Fell earned their B.A. in Philosophy from McMaster University between 1990 and 1992. David then pursued their MBA in Marketing at Queen's University from 2008 to 2010.
