Sergey Bogutsky

Sergey Bogutsky is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and business analysis. Currently serving as the Head of HR and Talent Acquisition Manager at Utilities One since November 2022, Sergey successfully established the HR department, implementing tailored HR processes and integrating HRIS technologies to enhance operational efficiency. From April 2021 to August 2022, Sergey worked as a Business Analyst at IT Academy, where responsibilities included gathering and documenting business requirements and recommending process improvements. Additionally, from February 2014 to July 2022, Sergey held the position of Deputy Regional Director at BSVT, managing projects that exported goods and services valued over $145 million while building relationships with potential customers. Sergey holds a degree in World Economy from the Belarusian National Technical University and furthered education at IT Academy.
