Armando Milanés

Armando Milanes co-founded Utility Avenue in February 2018 and previously served as the Director Financiero at Sistema Electroenergetico Nacional from November 2000 to November 2009. Armando obtained a degree in Grado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas from Oscar Lucero Moya in 1996.
