Andrew Bowman

Andrew Bowman has extensive experience in project management and estimation within the utility services sector. Since April 2016, Andrew has held roles as Estimator and Project Manager at Utility Line Services, following a tenure as Project Manager at Riggs Distler from April 2015 to March 2016. Andrew's career at Utility Line Services began in June 2011 as an Assistant Project Manager. Andrew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Natural Resource Economics from the University of Delaware (2008-2012) and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Sustainability and Environmental Compliance at Southern New Hampshire University (2022-2026). Andrew's educational foundation is further supported by attendance at LaSalle College High School (2004-2008).
