Joe Garvey

Joe Garvey serves as President of Utility Lines Construction Services since October 2021, leading a company that provides construction services to Investor-Owned Utilities, cooperatives, and municipalities across the South and Southeast. Prior to this role, Joe Garvey held the position of Senior Vice President at Asplundh Tree Expert Co. from February 2011 to February 2022, overseeing operations across eight regions in 15 states, focusing on transmission, distribution, substation, foundation, and fiber construction and maintenance services. Joe Garvey began a long career at PECO Energy Co., where Joe served as Director from 1983 to 2010.
