Pamela Angela Balao

Pamela Angela Balao is an experienced Senior Design Specialist at Utility Solutions Partners since July 2017. Prior to this role, Pamela worked as a Senior Consultant at EY from October 2011 to June 2017, where contributions focused on implementing, supporting, and automating business processes for U.S. clients. Earlier positions included Technical Consultant at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Associate Consultant at Oracle, where responsibilities involved developing and customizing software solutions. Pamela holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Information Technology from Asia Pacific College, completed in 2008, and a high school diploma from St. Scholastica's College, Manila, earned in 2004.
