Andrea Tokmak

Andrea Tokmak currently serves as the Head of Outsourcing & Partnerships and Head of Customer Operations at Utility Warehouse since June 2022. Previously, Andrea held the position of Operations Director at Sitel UK & Ireland from January 2021 to June 2022. From April 2013 to December 2020, Andrea worked at Capita Customer Management, advancing from Operations Manager to Senior Operations Manager, and then to Head of Service, overseeing significant operational responsibilities in a FCA regulated contact center. Earlier in the career, Andrea managed a team of 15 agents in customer services at Carphone Warehouse Group from April 2007 to April 2013. Andrea possesses extensive experience in people management and stakeholder engagement within regulated environments.
