Chris Wheeler has over 10 years of work experience, starting in 2010. Chris began their career as a Customer Service Advisor at Utility Warehouse and then worked their way up to Call Center Supervisor and Call Centre Manager. In 2016, they became a Senior Department Manager and later transitioned to the role of Head of Partner Support. From 2020 to 2022, they served as the Head of Energy Customer Service before assuming their current position as Head of Customer Operations. Prior to Utility Warehouse, they worked at HMV Retail Ltd as a Supervisor and eventually became an Assistant Store Manager.
Chris Wheeler attended Cardiff Metropolitan University from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art & Aesthetics.
