Kevin Mythen has a strong background in customer service and product management. With experience in various roles at Utility Warehouse and other companies, Kevin currently holds the position of Product Lead for Support Experience and Contact Channels. Prior to this, Kevin worked as a Senior Solutions Consultant at DigitalWell. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports and Exercise Science from Middlesex University, Kevin also has a background in leadership as a Customer Service Team Leader at Fundraising Initiatives Limited.
