Rebecca Fennell

Rebecca Fennell has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on organizational development and transformation. Rebecca has worked at Utility Warehouse as a Lead People Business Partner, where they collaborate with leadership teams to support the strategic direction of the business and its growth plans. Prior to this, they were a HR Transformation Manager at Danone UKI & Ireland and an Organisational Development Manager at Nutricia AMN UK. Rebecca also held senior HR roles at Nutricia Medical Nutrition and served as a Strategic Business Partner at Virgin Media and Virgin Mobile. Throughout their career, Rebecca has demonstrated expertise in people planning, upskilling programs, organization change, and integration efforts.

Rebecca Fennell completed a Master of Science degree in Applied Biology at the University of Bath from 1998 to 2002. Rebecca then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Management (plus CIPD) at the University of the West of England, which they completed from 2005 to 2008. In 2017, Rebecca obtained a Level 7 Advanced Award in Organisation Design & Development from CIPD Qualifications. Most recently, from 2022 to 2023, they enrolled in Barefoot Coaching Ltd and completed The Barefoot Coach Training Programme, focusing on Business and Personal Coaching.
