Javier Destefanis

Javier Destefanis has extensive work experience in project management and IT roles. Javier is currently working as a Senior Project Manager at both Kubikware and Utility since 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Technical Project Manager at Mobomo from 2015 to the present. In this role, they were responsible for defining project scope, estimating timelines, executing project processes, and applying Agile methodologies.

From 2014 to 2015, they held the position of Senior IT Project Manager at both FOX Sports and Fox International Channels (FIC). Before that, they served as a Sr. Project Delivery Manager at Avaya from 2013 to 2014, where they coordinated the development of an IVR Project for LATAM and worked with global development teams.

Earlier in their career, Javier held the positions of Operations IT Manager at PayU in 2013, Fraud Operations Manager and Sr. IT Project Manager at DineroMail from 2011 to 2013, and IT Project Leader at TeleTech from 2005 to 2011. Javier also worked as a System Manager at Rimont Sistemas from 2003 to 2005, where they led projects in informatics security and implemented development projects.

Javier Destefanis has a diverse education history spanning multiple fields of study. Javier obtained a Lic en Informatica (Bachelor's degree in Information Technology) from Universidad Centro de Altos Estudios en Ciencias Exactas, where they studied from 2008 to 2013. Furthermore, they pursued a degree in Systems Engineering from the same university, completing three years of study from 2008 to 2010.

In 2011 and 2012, Javier attended Funiber to become an Agente de Propaganda Medica (Medical Sales Representative). During this period, they specialized in APM. Additionally, they pursued a degree in Chef Profesional Internacional (International Professional Chef) from Instituto Argentino de gastronomia, studying from 2008 to 2011.

Prior to their university studies, Javier attended Huergo and obtained a degree as an Eletronics Technician, specializing in Electronics and Industrial Electronics, from 1991 to 1997.

In terms of certifications, Javier has obtained the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance. Javier received this certification in April 2021.
