Kevin Friedman is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in leadership roles. Kevin is currently working as the Chief Technology Officer at Utility, where they partner with clients to design and develop custom mobile applications and connected experiences. Prior to this, Kevin served as the Engineering Director at Teachers Pay Teachers, where they led the Marketplace and Schools product groups, launched new offerings used by over 7 million educators, and oversaw engineering recruiting efforts. Kevin also worked as a Senior Engineering Manager at Teachers Pay Teachers. Before joining Teachers Pay Teachers, Kevin held the position of Engineering Manager at The New York Public Library, where they managed multiple teams of engineers and successfully led cross-functional collaborations for on-time product delivery. Kevin is also a co-founder and former CEO of Cojourneo, where they managed the internal team and collaborated with external developers and UX designers to build an online workshop platform and marketplace. Additionally, Kevin worked as a Staff Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer at Netexpert Group, where they led consulting teams and built high-traffic applications for clients including New York University, American Express, and American Airlines. Throughout their career, Kevin has acquired extensive experience in various technical areas, including online advertising, analytics, optimization, and payment processing.

Kevin Friedman holds a Dual Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Management. Kevin obtained this degree from New York University. Prior to attending university, Kevin received their High School Diploma from Stuyvesant High School.
