Ekta Awasthi

Ekta Awasthi is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within the human resources sector. Currently serving as Zonal HR Head and State HR Head for the North 2 Region at Utkarsh Small Finance Bank since February 2023, Ekta has previously worked as a Human Resources Business Partner and Senior Manager at YES BANK, and as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Cipla.
