Sushanta Roy

Sushanta Roy is currently the Head of Operational Risk at Utkarsh Small Finance Bank since January 2020. Prior to this role, Sushanta held various positions at Lakshmi Vilas Bank from September 2016 to December 2019, including VP & Head BAU, Planning & Performance, and VP & Head Retail Operations. Before joining Lakshmi Vilas Bank, Sushanta worked as Assistant Vice President at Axis Bank from April 2011 to August 2016. Sushanta has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Whales, a Certification in AML/KYC | IT & Cyber Security from Indian Institute of Banking & Finance, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Calcutta.
