Salem Bach

Salem Bach is a seasoned financial professional currently serving as a Financial Reporting Manager at Utmost Group since June 2025. Prior experience includes multiple leadership roles at PwC Luxembourg from April 2019 to August 2025, culminating as an Audit Senior Manager, along with positions as Manager and Senior Financial Auditor. Prior to PwC, Salem worked as a Consultant at Altiad from April 2018 to March 2019 and gained foundational experience as an Expert-comptable stagiaire at EY from September 2014 to March 2018. Initial auditing experience was obtained at MAAFEX in 2014. Salem's educational background includes a Master's degree in Accounting, Control, and Audit from IHEC Carthage, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the same institution, and ongoing studies towards a CES in Accounting Revision. Additionally, Salem holds a Chartered Accountant degree from the University of Luxembourg.
