Utoc Corporation is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the provision of harbor and logistics services. The Company operates in three business segments. The Harbor segment is engaged in the provision of harbor services. The Plant and Logistics segment is engaged in the land transportation, domestic transportation and international transportation of cargoes, as well as the installation works. The Others segment is engaged in the leasing of real estate, as well as the management of buildings. As of March 31, 2014, the Company had 14 subsidiaries and four associated companies.
