Laura King, PMP®️

Laura King, PMP®️ has worked in a variety of roles since 2002. Laura began their career at Temple Square Hospitality Corportation as a Wedding and Event Floral Designer / Marketing Assistant. In 2011, they took on an Internship role at The Rio Mesa Center - University of Utah Ecology Center as a Marketing Assistant. Laura also worked as a Decorations Chair / Co-Chair Silver Spurs Gala for Volunteers of America. In 2012, they became a Network Upgrade Project Coordinator for Rise Broadband. From 2014-2015, they worked as an Administrative Project Manager at The Dennis Group and an Account Executive at YRC Freight from 2017-2018. In 2018, they became a Project Manager and Chief Project Officer at UTOPIA Fiber.

Laura King, PMP®️ has a Bachelor's Degree in Commercial Recreation Management and a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Parks, Recreation and Tourism, Commercial Management from the University of Utah, which they obtained between 2009 and 2012. Laura also holds a PMP Certificate from the PMI Production Management Institute GmbH, which they obtained in November 2022, as well as a Project Management Professional (PMP)\u00ae certification from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in November 2022. Additionally, they have a Hospitality Marketing certification from the American Hotel & Lodging Association.
