Jenni Portman

Jenni Portman is an experienced Engineering Manager currently at Smartly.io since August 2023, previously holding the same position at Utopia Music from May 2022 to August 2023. Prior to these roles, Jenni served as a Senior Project Manager at Nanoform from June 2021 to April 2022, and spent over six years at Enthought in various capacities, including Consulting Manager and Tech Lead for the Life Sciences Solutions Group. Jenni began a career in academia at Michigan State University, working as a Postdoctoral Researcher and Graduate Research Assistant from August 2008 to May 2015. Jenni's consulting experience includes a role at Agilex, contributing to financial solutions for Bank Intesa San Paolo. Jenni holds a Ph.D. in Physics from Michigan State University and both a Master of Science cum laude and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca.
